Buillding Rental Information
We are pleased to offer our facilities to members and others. Rentals may include weddings/union ceremonies, funerals, memorial services, parties, meetings, civic activities, classes and support groups. Some religious and nonprofit organizations may have rental fees reduced, if approved by our board of trustees.
Fellowship facilities include a large Fellowship hall with attached kitchen, a yard with a playground, a library with a conference table seating 15, and six religious education classrooms.
Schedule of fees
Minimum rental period is four hours. All time slots include setting up, taking down and putting back furnishings. Members and friends in good standing receive a 50 percent rental discount for non-Fellowship functions.
- Fellowship hall only, no food served: $150 for four hours.
- Fellowship hall and kitchen: $275 for four hours. (Kitchen rental is required for any event that serves food, even if it is brought from the outside.)
- Outdoor functions: $150 for up to six hours on the grounds, with access to restrooms.
- Library and religious education classrooms: $50 per room, for up to four hours; $100 for double classroom, for up to four hours.
Rental fee is due at the time of reservation. An additional security deposit, equal to the rental fee (up to $500), must be made at the time of the reservation. The deposit is fully refundable as long as there is no damage to the building or furnishings.
