The Religious Education and Faith Formation programs at the Fellowship provide a safe and supportive environment for children, youth, and adults to seek, find, question, and explore faith throughout their life journeys.

  • Social justice and stewardship are essential components of the religious education experience for children and youth.

  • Curricula are selected and/or developed by the Lifespan Director of Religious Education (LDRE) for the Sunday Religious Education classes and other programs, such as Our Whole Lives Sexuality Education (OWL), Coming of Age, and Adult Explorations, after extensive research and study.

  • The Religious Education Committee, under the direction and guidance of the LDRE, offers a wide variety of opportunities for children, youth, families, and the congregation to gather in both small and large groups for bonding, socializing, education, enrichment, and engagement.

  • Volunteers are recruited, trained, supervised, and supported by the LDRE and the Religious Education Committee to teach Religious Education, OWL, and Adult Education classes  and to care for our Nursery age children.
