Inspired by the life and teachings of Zen teacher Thich Nhat Hahn, Wake Forest Baptist Hospital Chaplain William Levwood, M. Div. will lead this participatory service, introducing practices of mindfulness that can help us to live with more wisdom, love, and compassion, for ourselves and for each other.
