It begins in darkness, nurtured in earthy silence. Then, a stirring, a breaking forth, a pushing and yearning upwards towards the light. Buds form, swell, and finally a burst into full bloom! The arc of this process describes the life of a flower... and so much more. Bring flowers to share, from your garden or the grocery store, or even a blooming beauty from the side of the road, and participate in this annual “sending forth” ritual. (Please cut blooming branches down to a size that will fit into a smallish vase!) Speaker: Rev. Lisa R. Schwartz Worship Leader: Kitty Jensen
