Help prepare lunch for the Sunnyside Freedom School scholars! The Fellowship has committed to providing one healthy lunch a week for six weeks to assist this reading-intensive free summer program for children in the Sunnyside neighborhood. Last year our crew had plenty of fun, food, and great conversation while we cooked together. Meal prep starts at 5:30, but if you get there by 6:15, there will be plenty left to do. EcoSolutions is hosting a hike at Hanging Rock State Park on Saturday June 29.  It will be moderate with an emphasis on waterfalls (those who desire to get in the water can). To carpool, let's meet in the parking lot at the Food Lion in Rural Hall, NC (1050 Rural Hall-Germanton Rd. at exit 118 off Hwy 52) at 11:15am. We will aim to be back to the Food Lion no later than 7:00pm. Please bring food and water for the 8 hour span. Also good walking or hiking shoes are important, and rain gear as appropriate. There are some portions which involve several hundred feet of gains in elevation. For more information, please contact leader Jim Norris  norris@wfu.edu .
